• Delivery coordination in destination countries

Payment terms vary depending on the vehicle and shipping arrangements:

• Deposit required upon vehicle selection and confirmation
• Balance payment due before shipping departure
• Additional charges may apply for customs duties and local taxes
• All payments are non-refundable once vehicle procurement begins

While we strive to provide accurate vehicle information and quality service:

• Used vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty unless specified
• We provide detailed inspection reports but cannot guarantee future performance
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or other factors
• Buyers are responsible for verifying import regulations in their country

Cardojo Imports' liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from:

• Delays in shipping or delivery
• Changes in import regulations or duties
• Vehicle performance after delivery
• Third-party service provider issues

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
